Dwayne is a mechanical engineer with over 25 years of experience in HVAC, fire protection and plumbing engineering. His responsibilities include mechanical system cost estimating, heating and cooling load analysis, mechanical system energy analysis, life cycle cost analysis, equipment selection, piping and duct design and building mechanical condition surveys. Dwayne also provides scheduling, quality control, project coordination, and construction administration services encompassing all aspects of the design and construction process. His project experience includes mechanical system designs for health care facilities, schools, multi-story hotels, university buildings, retail shopping centers, churches, restaurants, banks, manufacturing plants, commercial office buildings, and detention facilities.
